Shameless Self-Promotion

On January 17-18, eLearning Guild will be holding an online forum entitled "Building Immersive Learning Simulations and Serious Games." I'm pleased to tell you that I have been asked to deliver the opening session of the forum, which I am calling "Making a Case for Games and Sims." The program will include a number of case studies, and lots of rich content for those who are considering games and sims to aid learning and for those who have already taken the plunge. DevLearn is the annual conference produced by the eLearning Guild. If you are serious about serious games, this is a good organization to know about and an important conference to attend. The conference is occurring this week, November 5-9, in San Jose, California.

I'll be there, reporting on the activity, new ideas, game demos, etc. I'll also be participating on a panel on Thursday at 10, called "The Great ILS Challenge."
